Hi. I'm Rado Kanalev. I'm a nutritionist and I'm a strong believer that we should all do more of what makes us happy. Life is too short to spend it dieting!

When it comes to diet culture, women are having a tough time. Unnecessarily! We are obsessed with diet foods and weight loss. And we try to live up to these BS ideal standards by restricting entire food groups like carbs or fats... And yet that only makes us put on more weight...

As a result, we not only have an obesity epidemic, but a dieting epidemic too!

(All on top of a global pandemic...)

So I feel like it's my duty to help women to break free from diet culture, heal their relationship with food, and reclaim their health.

What exactly does a guy like me know about the weight loss struggles of women?

The answer is a humble:

I have excitedly studied the basic principles of nutrition, and all the hormones, enzymes, molecules, and even bacteria that play a role in our fat depositing. I have also studied the fascinating aspects of human psychology, what makes us eat the way we do and why some people have a harder time losing weight than others.

After years of helping clients, friends and family to eat better and lose weight without feeling deprived....
